Hand harvested grapes of Blaufränkisch were crushed and let to ferment on skins for a period of 4 weeks in open tub, where they were steered and punched through continuously. After soft press (1bar), wine aged 15 months in Slovak oak barrels, from where wine has been bottled with no filtration.
Red wine with ruby red colour. Taste of juicy sour cherry and dark berry fruits with long finish with lingering acidity

"Our small winery with a production of 8,000 to 10,000 liters per year was established in 2009 and focuses on the production of wines with a terroir imprint and the character acquired in the vineyard. The less we do, the more we find out who we really are. We let nature and time speak, because we think that witnessing a process is more than being its supposed director."
