Bright yellow colour, on nose notes of smoke & yogurt and long taste with good acidity. There are some slight tropical notes to this, its also a little bit nutty - like all great wine should be.
20 years old vineyard in elevation of 190 m.a.s.l. Clay and tuffs in soils. Grapes destemmed, crushed and loaded to Georgian amphora, where left alone for 12 months. After the wine taken out and let for another 5 months in old oak barrel. Bottled directly from barrel.
