A very young bright and zippy wine that calls for friends and food. It’s as juicy and as funky as it comes. Sour cherry, strawberry, soil, leather and smoke. High acidity and low tannins. Give it a chill and enjoy in the sun.
Unfiltered, Unfined and no added sulphur.
Whole bunch maceration and ageing in stainless steel. Meant as a classic Italian table wine—it’s edges are rough, but it is thoroughly compelling.
