Long before setting up shop in Lewes Beak did a spot of gypsy around the north. Wool is an ode to their Leeds roots, brewed in collaboration with old friends at Northern Monk using a combination of Citra, Sabro and El Dorado hops. Hazy, thick, fluffy and silky smooth with mushy, overripe flavours of mango, rum punch and berry pavlova.
